To our valued customers,
To further reduce the risk, we have limited in-house and outside seating. We are still doing grab and go. We are also providing you with gloves when you enter the shop. Please wash hands or use the hand sanitizer located at the counter and a second hand sanitizer dispenser located by the cups toward the rear of the shop. This is to make certain we are protecting you and the rest of our valued customers. Please use good judgment.
The Pome has always and will continue to take personal protective measures. (e.g. hand washing more frequently, using respiratory etiquette). We have and always will clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces. (e.g. door handles, dispenser knobs, POS screen, Credit card PIN pad and Yogurt machine handles.) In addition, we are temporarily modifying various service procedures to reduce touch points and cross-contact to help reassure you, our valued customers, that your safety is our top priority. Out of an abundance of caution, we have temporarily stopped all product sampling. We also have markings on the floor to indicate the recommended “6ft social distancing”. To reduce the spread of the virus, we are now serving the toppings at the wet topping bar. Therefore please ask for assistance.
We are still doing grab and go and we now have limited seating inside/outside until further notice.

To further reduce the risk, we have eliminated in-house seating. We are strictly doing grab and go (meaning; create your dessert, pay and unfortunately go). We are also providing you with gloves when you enter the shop. In addition, please wash hands or use the sanitizer dispenser which is located by the cups toward the rear of the shop. Please use the protocols before handling the machines, spoons and the creation bar dispensers. This is to make certain we are protecting you and the rest of our valued customers. During this uncertain time, we have to use good judgment.
